We are almost certainly going to the fifth parliamentary election in a row.

From the requests we hear from the other political forces, we are left with the impression that the chances of a cabinet are zero.

This was stated by Vladislav Panev from "Democratic Bulgaria

"Democratic Bulgaria" is a centrist-right political association composed of "(DB) in the program "More from the day" on BNT.

"Our differences with the BSP are becoming more and more distinct - from populism to spending the budget.

Budget 2023 would have been gutted and with a huge deficit," he predicted.

According to him, it was clear from the beginning that a BSP mandate means new elections.

"This National Assembly is the most populist of the democratic changes so far.

Decisions are made with huge majorities.

Some of the decisions are stupid and will not help Bulgaria in any way," Panev summarized.

Nikola Minchev (PP): Nexo is a fictional case that coincided with the constitutional procedure

According to him, there will be no renegotiation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RSP).

He added that changes to it would be an unnecessary waste of ink.

"For the renegotiation of the PVA, two parties are needed - the government of Bulgaria and the EC.

It will get to the point that companies will prefer to buy electricity from outside, because it will be cheaper for them", believes the MP from DB.

Vladislav Panev commented on the "Nexo" case as follows: "For me, the intervention of the Prosecutor's Office prompted the president not to give us the mandate.

Obviously, the attack had such a purpose.

The prosecution tried to push him to make such a decision.

If the mandate was handed to the DB, there would obviously be greater chances for a technical government and the fulfillment of the mandate."

"The budget for 2023 must be submitted by the Council of Ministers, it is so according to the Constitution.

I understand their reasons for not bringing it in - populism.

If I were the finance minister right now and I had to introduce a budget now, it would be so reshaped that it would look like nothing," he said.

"Populism reigns in the National Assembly and there is no clear parliamentary majority, which leads to major failures.

In this situation, the motto over the parliament instead of "Union makes strength" should be "Eat and drink - the state pays", Vladislav Panev also said.
