[Reporter Zhang Xuanzhe/Taichung Report] Houli Taian Police Station is a scenic spot for viewing cherry blossoms on the plains of central Taiwan. Affected by the epidemic, the Taian Cherry Blossom Season activities were suspended the year before last, and it re-opened last year. It is expected to debut on February 18 this year, but the cherry blossoms have not yet bloomed. The cypresses are getting new clothes, and people take advantage of the sunny weather to take pictures. This year, tourists can visit Tai’an in the Lunar New Year. The cherry blossoms are expected to be in full bloom for 228 consecutive holidays.

This year's Lunar New Year is earlier than in previous years, and the cherry blossoms in many counties and cities have not yet bloomed. In previous years, people used to go to Tai'an to enjoy cherry blossoms in spring.

Nearly 100 Yaezakura and Yoshino cherry trees are planted along the Taian Police Station in Taichung City, and it is expected to enter the blooming period by the end of February.
