In February of this year, the first evaluation of the implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission regarding the further European integration of Ukraine will take place.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this on January 17.

"It is important for Ukraine to complete its "homework" on time and in full, the first assessment of which will take place in February this year during the Ukraine-EU Summit," the Prime Minister noted.

Shmyhal added that, in particular, it is necessary to complete the competition for the position of director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau by the end of the month.

"I am sure that two weeks is quite enough to complete these procedures and to submit a list of three selected candidates for the post of NABU director by January 31," the Prime Minister added.
