UN Secretary

General

Antonio Guterres believes that the Russian missile attack on a residential building in Dnipro is another example of violation of the laws of war.

This was

stated

by the representative of the office of the UN Secretary General, Stephanie Tremblay.

She noted that the attack on the residential building was one of the deadliest since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine.

In turn, the UN coordinator for humanitarian issues in Ukraine, Denise Brown, stated the need to conduct a proper investigation of this war crime and bring all those responsible to justice.

It is now known that 40 people died in the attack and another 75 were injured, but this figure is not final as the rescue operation is still ongoing.

It will be recalled that it was previously reported that Serhiy Kyslytsia, the ambassador of Ukraine to the UN,

addressed the members of the Organization's Security Council after the Russian missile attack on a high-rise building in Dnipro

.

In addition, we previously reported that a

reward is being offered in Dnipro for information about the pilot who destroyed the high-rise building
