Rescuers are still searching for possible survivors of a Russian airstrike on residential areas in the city of Dnipro on Saturday, killing and injuring many people (see photo).

The Prime Minister of Sweden today condemned Russia's actions as war crimes.

"Deliberately attacking civilians is a war crime and will be held accountable," Christerson added.

According to Reuters, Gennadiy Korban, a local official in Dnipro, said that at least 40 people were killed in the attack on residential areas by Russian troops, and 30 others were missing.

However, Russia denied that the Russian army attacked civilian homes. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the media today, "Russian armed forces do not attack residential buildings or civilian infrastructure, they attack military targets."
