How to make Ragi Dosa - How To Make Ragi Dosa Recipe:

First of all, take a big bowl and add ragi flour, rice flour, coriander leaves, green chillies, onions and salt to it.

Mix well.

Make a thick batter by adding water gradually.

Keep aside for two hours.

To make tempering, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.

When it starts spluttering, add the tempering to the batter.

Now heat a non-stick tawa on low flame and grease it with oil.

When hot, pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly with a circular shape to make a thin dosa.

Let it cook on one side.

Pour some oil on the edges while cooking.

When it becomes crispy, turn it over and cook from the other side as well.

serve hot!
