Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, said that Viktor Medvedchuk, the former parliamentarian and Putin's best man, is an absolute and empty past.

Podoliak wrote about this on Twitter.

"Never read out-of-date "books" written by yesterday's treacherous "politicians". Finally put a greasy historical cross on Medvedchuk. He is an absolute and empty past..." - emphasized the advisor of the President's Office.

It should be noted that Medvedchuk recently wrote an article in which he stated that the West is to blame for the war launched by Russia against Ukraine and that Russia does not consider itself an enemy of the West.

The article was published in the propaganda publication "Izvestia".

Thus, Medvedchuk accused Europe and the USA of "not wanting peace in Ukraine" and said that the world should take into account Russia's interests.

It will be recalled that on January 10, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he had revoked the citizenship of four traitorous MPs - Medvedchuk, Derkach, Kuzmin and Kozak.

Viktor Medvedchuk's arrest and exchange

On April 12, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, announced that Viktor Medvedchuk had been detained.

After that, the wife of the scandalous politician Oksana Marchenko recorded a video to the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan with a request to get her husband out of the Ukrainian prison.

On September 21, a historic exchange of prisoners took place - Ukraine returned from Russian captivity the defenders of Mariupol, among them are soldiers of "Azov".

Victor Medvedchuk was exchanged for two hundred captured defenders of Ukraine.

During the searches of the estates of the detained People's Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk and his wife Oksana Marchenko, law enforcement officers found about 100 paintings, antiques, as well as a hunting rifle, a BUL pistol, 20 Swiss watches, gold and silver coins, gold figurines and Fabergé eggs.
