According to the preliminary planning of the Inter-bureau Office of the Municipal Government, there are three major transfer stations around Lianchitan, and it takes only 7 to 10 minutes to walk to the venue.

First of all, the MRT Zuoying Station, the High Speed ​​Rail Zuoying Station and the Taiwan Railway Xin Zuoying Station will be jointly constructed by the three railways. The 310 Liantan bus will be used. There is a bus every 15 minutes, and it will be encrypted according to the situation.

The second is the Taiwan Railway Zuoying Station. Since there is a light area in the old Zuoying Junior High School not far from the station, this station is the nearest transfer station to the Lantern Festival venue and can be reached on foot; the third is the bus Zuoying South Station. Besides walking , or you can choose to take the 205, 217, 218, 219, 301 and other buses to the periphery of Lianchitan.

Due to the limited hinterland, the Lianchitan Lantern Festival did not provide additional car parking lots. The city government encourages people to drive to the city's 14 MRT stations, park their cars, and then take the MRT to enjoy the lanterns.

For motorcycle owners, it is planned to set up a temporary parking lot on Liantan and Mingtan Road, Dongmen Road, Zuoying Zhongzheng Road and Bisheng Road, which can provide a total of 7,170 seats for motorcycles, which is 7 times that of Zuoying Wannianji.

According to the plan, the 26th to 29th of January and the 4th to 5th of February are the most popular days for the Lianchitan Lantern Festival, and the other 4 days are normal days.

The normal daily traffic control time is from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and the Huantan hiking area will be set up in the control area; the popular day traffic control time is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and the control area will be expanded to Dongmen Road.
