The Russian occupiers can launch a new large-scale offensive without waiting for spring.

This is indicated by the large number of mobilized Russians who have undergone training and the activity of the Russian army in Belarus.

This opinion was expressed by the president of the military-civilian union "Military Brotherhood of Ukraine" Pavlo Zhebrivskyi on the air of "Apostrophe TV

"Different dates are named. Someone says that it will happen before the anniversary of the large-scale attack by Muscovites, someone says earlier. But it is clear that it is not necessary to wait for an attack only in the spring. They will strike now at Soledar, then at Bakhmut, and that that we observe in the Zaporozhye direction in the Gulyaipol area is also a threat," he said.

In addition, the expert drew attention to the activity of the Russian army in Belarus, where the so-called joint exercises with the involvement of the Russian aviation will begin on January 16.

According to him, no less than 50,000 Russian and Belarusian military personnel are already stationed on the territory of the satellite country of the Russian Federation.

"Helicopters and planes were flown there, and the attack could come from anywhere, because of this we must always be ready," added Pavlo Zhebrivskyi.

The expert also noted that the Russian military leadership is preparing mobilized troops at an accelerated pace, with which the entire front line is saturated both near Soledar-Bakhmut and in the Zaporizhzhia direction.

They can also pull up to the Kherson direction.

"The 300,000 that they mobilized in the fall of last year, they are increasingly being drawn up to the front line. The course for a young fighter is a month, and according to the directions - grenade launcher, machine gunner - another two months, and in three months these are already trained fighters. And , if at the first stage they threw somewhere 100-120 thousand with preparation for two or three weeks, or even less, to the front line, then they actually already prepared half of them for almost three months," he said.

We will remind you that units of the armed forces of Belarus can join the war started by the Russian Federation in Ukraine without crossing the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.

First, they can be sent to Russia, and from there to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
