In addition to the full support of the head Liu and the members, Xie Peiyin The two teachers, Jiang Xiuru and Jiang Xiuru, gave full guidance to the orchestra, so that the orchestra, which was once on the verge of disbanding, can continue to go on. Li Tianhua said that the growth process of these little angels is often intertwined with sweat and tears. Learning is full of hardships and challenges, and they must never give up; cheer up from time to time; because the parents of these special education students often make uncontrollable voices, and it is almost impossible to enjoy the concert performance together, so today a special charity concert is held, inviting Taichung Special Education School, Taichung City Hui A total of more than 200 people from Ming School, Qiming School in Taichung City, and the little angels and parents of babies with Down's syndrome went to the concert hall of the National Taiwan Exchange to enjoy the wonderful performances of the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra and the Charity Orchestra.

Li Tianhua said that due to the impact of the epidemic, it was not easy for the members to practice and raise funds, but he still thanked the kindhearted people in the society for their support. A total of 1.58 million yuan was raised, all of which were donated to 3 schools and the care foundation for babies with Down syndrome.

Today's concert includes Jiang Weimin, Director of Education Bureau of Taichung City Government, Liao Jingzhi, Director of Social Affairs Bureau, He Xinchun, Legislator, City Councilor Lin Bixiu, Zhang Fenyu and others. In addition to the 8 wonderful pieces played by the Charity Orchestra and the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, Taichung Students from the city's special education school performed "Treasure Island Mambo", and a baby with Down's syndrome also played "Heart Blossom".
