It is reported that there were 68 passengers and 4 crew members on board. Among the passengers were 15 foreigners, including 5 Indians, 4 Russians, 2 South Koreans, Irish, Australians, French and Argentines. 1 each.

The Korean media "Yonhap News Agency" quoted Indian local media at around 4:00 p.m. Taiwan time, saying that all 72 people on board had died, and the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent embassy personnel to the scene of the accident.
