New Delhi:

A surprising incident has come to light in Delhi's Rajouri Garden area.

According to the information received from the police, here a person riding a car not only hit a young man with his car, but also dragged him on the bonnet of his car for about half a kilometer.

According to the police, the man who was hit by the accused and then tried to drag him with his car for about half a kilometer had come to help his friend in a dispute over honking.

Initial police investigation has revealed that the victim Jayaprakash was coming from Rohini to Raja Garden Chowk to meet his friend Harvinder Kohli.

Meanwhile, a young man had parked his car in front of his car.

When he gave the horn and asked the young man to remove his car, he did not do so.

After this, Jayaprakash backed his car and took it out from the side of the accused's car.

The accused person got angry because of Jayaprakash doing this and started chasing Jayaprakash.

The police officer further said that the accused once again put his car in front of Jayaprakash's car and started arguing with him.

The debate that started between the two soon turned into a scuffle.

Seeing the scuffle between the two, a crowd of people gathered there.

Then Jayaprakash's friend Harvinder Kohli reached there.

He saw that the accused was beating his friend.

He immediately came forward to save his friend.

During this, the accused also left his hand on Harvinder Kohli.

Somehow the matter settled down between the two.

But after this, when the accused youth went back to his car, the father of the accused sitting inside the car told him that you should first blow away the person who came in the middle to save Jayaprakash.

After this, the accused person first hit Harvinder with his car.

But before Harvinder could fall in front of the car, he somehow caught hold of the car's wiper and hung onto the car's bonnet.

But despite this, the accused did not stop the car and kept on driving the car.

This entire incident that happened with Harvinder was captured in the CCTV camera installed nearby.

When the accused did not stop the car even after publicly hanging a person on the bonnet of his car, some bike riding youths chased the car and tried to catch the accused.

Seeing himself trapped, the accused person applied brakes and first dropped Harvinder who was hanging on the bonnet of the car and then fled from the spot.

At present, the police have registered a case against the accused on the statement of the victim.

Along with this, the police is also questioning the accused regarding the matter.
