Under the guise of conducting joint exercises, Russia is building up its aviation component in the Republic of Belarus.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine writes about this in its Telegram.

"No less than 10 Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters have been relocated to the airfield in Machulysh. It is expected that operational-tactical aircraft will be relocated to airfields in Belarus," the report says.

As noted in the General Staff, taking this into account, the threat of missile and air strikes, the use of kamikaze drones on the territory of Ukraine from the airspace of Belarus is increasing.

We will remind you that joint military exercises with Russia are constantly taking place on the territory of Belarus.

In particular, regular training for the aviation component was announced on January 16.
