Construction began in January last year. It has been completed in January of this year, with a total cost of 60 million yuan, including parent-child barrier-free parking lot, repair of railings near the sea, re-laying of sea-viewing plank road, water play facilities, etc. It has been opened for use from now on, and only the central viewing platform and agricultural facilities are left.
