Ukrainian Ambassador to the UN Serhii Kyslytsia addressed members of the Organization's Security Council after the Russian missile attack on a high-rise building in Dnipro.

The diplomat published his appeal on the Internet.

Kyslytsia asked other members of the UN Security Council what it was like to be next to a butcher in the chamber.

Evidently, it is meant the post-envoy of Russia, Vasyl Nebenzya.

"

What's it like to be next to a butcher in the ward?

Do you feel warm and sticky blood when you shake his hand? Next time you shake his hand,

think of the civilians

killed by Russian missiles in the #Dnieper! Think about it, when dissidents talk about the Russian church, which blessed the Russian army," said the statement of Ukraine's ambassador to the UN.

To his post, the diplomat added a photo collage with portraits of 15 members of the UN Security Council, where Nebenzi's portrait appears to be covered in blood.

It will be recalled that Russia launched a missile attack on a high-rise building in Dnipro on the afternoon of January 14, destroying 72 apartments at once.

During the attack, 5 people died and 60 were injured.

People may still be under the rubble, so rescuers are now sorting out the place of destruction, having information about 100-200 people registered in these apartments.

After the attack on the Dnipro River, the advisor to the head of the President's Office, Mykhailo Podolyak, stated the need to exclude Russia from the UN Security Council.

He emphasized that the presence of the Russian Federation in this body is a shame for the whole world.

And the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, after the massive shelling of a number of regions, called on international partners not to hesitate to supply those weapons that will help defeat the terrorist state already this year.
