There was no damage to critical infrastructure in Kyiv as a result of the missile attack, the anti-aircraft defense shot down everything.

Serhii Popko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, announced this on the evening of January 14.

"Results of the last air alert in the capital! Thanks to the effective work of the Air Defense Forces in Kyiv, critical infrastructure objects were not damaged," Popko said.

The head of the KMVA urged to remain calm, and in the event of an air alert, to go to the shelter.

Rocket attack on Kyiv on January 14

In Kyiv, on the morning of January 14, explosions were heard in several districts before the announcement of an air alert.

Subsequently, the mayor of the city Vitaliy Klitschko reported on the explosions in the Dnipro district.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko said that the occupiers attacked critical infrastructure facilities.

It also became known that in the Holosiivskyi district, rocket debris fell on a non-residential area, and a fire broke out there.

Then after 16:00 on January 14, explosions rang out again in the capital.

Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klychko said that these explosions are the sounds of air defense.
