TODAY Manchester United will host Manchester City in the English Premier League match that will be played at 9:30 pm at Old Trafford Stadium.

United enter the stadium on an eight-game winning streak and could achieve their longest winning streak in all competitions since Alex Ferguson retired as manager in 2013.

Second-placed City, who are four points above United, were beaten by Southampton in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday to make it three losing games this season in all competitions.

"The improvement of the United team has clearly improved," said City boss Pep Guardiola.

United will be without Anthony Martial with a leg injury so Marcus Rashford, who has scored seven goals in the last six games, could play as a central striker.

Another player who will be missing from the United side is the Portuguese defender, Diogo Dalot, while City will miss John Stones.

Other EPL games to be played today are Brighton vs Liverpool, Everton vs Soton, Forrest vs Leicester, Wolves vs West Ham, the last game is Brentford vs Bournemouth
