Nearly 2 centuries ago, in the darkness of slavery, the first sparks of the Bulgarian revival and the idea of ​​Bulgarian education were born here.

For 188 years, the Aprilov High School wrote the history of Bulgaria.

It is the memory and future of Bulgarian education," said the vice-president and highlighted the notable Bulgarians who graduated from the first Bulgarian school.
