  • In a pressure cooker, add onions and tomatoes and mix well.

  • Then add chana dal and urad dal, salt and mix well, and add water and cook till 4-5 whistles.

  • After this, heat some ghee in a pan, add garlic and ginger and fry it.

  • Then add dal paste and mix well.
