In order for people to survive the winter under the conditions of Russian terror, Ukraine needs more air defense systems, as well as the supply of energy equipment

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, in an interview with Deník.

According to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the massive missile attacks of the Russian Federation on the objects of the critical infrastructure of Ukraine are designed to terrorize the civilian population, and therefore international partners should ensure that Ukrainians survive the winter.

"Thanks to the powerful energy support of the allies and the supply of air defense systems, the situation is gradually changing for the better. In this context, we need two important things. The first is a powerful air shield over Ukraine, which will resist Russian terror and reliably protect Ukrainian skies and infrastructure," Kuleba said. .

At the same time, the head of the Ukrainian foreign policy department called on international partners to continue strengthening Ukraine's air defense in order to render Russian missile strikes completely ineffective.

"The second is more energy capacities and help in restoring Ukraine's energy system. The lives and health of peaceful Ukrainians, including children, depend on this," the minister added.

It will be recalled that Canada will purchase from the USA and transfer to Ukraine a modern NASAMS air defense system.
