The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has got permission from the Center to prosecute former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav in the job plot scam case.

In the charge sheet filed in the special CBI court, the probe agency named Lalu Prasad's daughter Misa Bharti, former General Manager of Central Railway Soumya Raghavan, former railway CPO Kamal Deep Mainrai, seven aspirants appointed as substitutes and four private persons. also nominated.
A CBI spokesperson had said in a statement that during the course of investigation, it was found that the accused, in conspiracy with the then General Manager of Central Railway and CPO of Central Railway, appointed persons in lieu of land in the name of themselves or their close relatives. did.
