The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) is a centrist political party in Bulgaria, using the is ready to take the third mandate to form a government by negotiating a cabinet with all parties, including "Vazrazhdane".

This was stated by the MP from the Ramadan Atalay movement to BNT

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) is a centrist political party in Bulgaria, using?

We are the only formation that has proven that we can form a government with a third term.

And now we could do with talking to everyone.

Why not with "Revival"?

They were the engine of driving the 40 percent issue (the reduction of emissions from coal plants, laid down in the Recovery and Sustainability Plan), which Kiril Petkov crushed them.

If we had started with the fact that it started from "Vazrazhdane", what would have happened?" said Atalay.

He added that Bulgaria needs a government that will lead the country out of the crisis, but also for which political responsibility will be assumed.

And DPS submitted a request to receive the third mandate

"The time has come for every party to bear responsibility. If their responsibility is to go to the next elections, they will also be responsible for deepening the crisis in our country, which will no longer be only economic and social, but also political, and some people will rub their hands with appetites to change the management system in our country, which we do not agree with," he also said.

Ramadan Atalai

Ramadan Bayram Atalai was born on April 12, 1957 in the village of Madrevo, Razgrad. In 1997, he, who is also the deputy chairman of the energy commission, commented on the decision of the deputies to oblige the government to renegotiate the Plan for Recovery and Sustainability.

He is optimistic about the renegotiation provided that the rulers "step up".

Atalay criticized the "Petkov" cabinet for having adopted the plan without holding a public discussion and without it being debated by the parliament.

"Since you didn't enter a mine, you could have visited Mini Maritsa one morning, before going to the cryptocurrency offices, and seen what it was all about. So some commitments were made that would not be useful for society and Bulgaria. In addition, the priorities for the development of our energy sector have also been completely changed. From the Recovery and Development Plan, they decided that they can use some BGN 1.25 billion for batteries that no one has seen."

"Furthermore, the prospects for the reduction of harmful emissions, these prospects are based on 2019, and the entire EC plan is based on 1990. Based on the 90th year, we have fulfilled the criteria. Our desire is to explain to the European partners that the reduction of these 40%, taken as a commitment, we have fulfilled them once and the second time - instead of staying in the energy sector, we can give them an alternative - to be distributed to other sectors where we can reduce harmful emissions. Part of this money will go to clean up single-family houses, to install photovoltaics on the roofs - this way we will reduce energy production with emissions that are thrown into the environment", he explained.
