an 8-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl went for a walk and did not return home in the evening.
The police searched for them for three hours.
The press service of the National Police of the region informs about this.
On January 11, a local woman appealed to the Zinkiv police for help, asking to find her two minor children.
According to the woman, her son and daughter went for a walk, but did not return home in the evening.
The police immediately started looking for the children.
In addition to the police, dog handlers, local employees of the State Emergency Service, foresters and the public were involved in the search.
The children were found within three hours.
They were in the local hayloft.
The children were returned to their families.
They were not hurt.
The circumstances of the incident are currently being studied by juvenile prevention officers of the local police department.
