LEADERS of the Implementation Committee of the CCM Parents' Association Dar es Salaam Region have been asked to do work that will leave a mark, in accordance with the rules, the party's announcement and the guidelines of the community.

This was said today January 12, 2022 by the Chairman of the Dar es Salaam Regional Parents' Association, Khadija Ally in the three-day training of 11 leaders of the Implementation Committee, which started today at the Star Breeze Kigamboni hotel, in the city of Dar Es Salaam.

Khadija said, despite being elected to lead the community, it is important to get leadership training so that everyone knows their limits.

"Many of us enter leadership due to fandom or love for something, but we do not know our limits of leadership, leadership personality, so this training will build us a common understanding."

And, the Secretary of Political Organization Wazazi CCM Taifa, Said Kineng'ena pointed out the leaders, he asked them to respect the taboos of leadership and stop 'showoff'.

"You have the responsibility to work in accordance with the rules and regulations, your position is not productive if you do not do the work you are supposed to do, respect the guidelines, rules and discipline, if you do not

On the part of the member of the CCM Taifa Council, Juma Simba Gadafi said that the training should be the catalyst to make the Dar es Salaam region become a stronghold of CCM.
