Russia's abduction of Ukrainian children has genocidal intent.

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, announced this on Twitter.

"Thousands of Ukrainian children have been deported, forcibly relocated and imprisoned from temporarily occupied territories. Russian state policy, including adoption, contains genocidal intent against Ukrainians and our future," he wrote.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Reznikov wrote a series of tweets about the occupiers' violations of the rules and customs of warfare.

This time, the minister talked about serious violations against children during armed conflicts, which are listed in UN Security Council resolution 1261 (1999).
