Moscow expands its list of sanctions against British citizens, reports TASS.

A further 36 politicians, security officials and journalists from Britain are banned from entering the country.

"In view of the anti-Russian course of the UK government, which continues to actively use a mechanism for personal sanctions and conducts an intensive propaganda campaign aimed at discrediting and isolating our country on the international stage, it was decided to further include in the ban list of Russia a number of British cabinet members, security officials and British media (36 people in total)," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

The agency claims that London is deliberately refusing to engage in constructive dialogue, thereby "continuing to widen the line of confrontation and, together with Washington, spreading false information about Russia, fueling Russophobic sentiments."

"The hostile actions and aggressive rhetoric of British officials will not go without an adequate response, and the support of the neo-Nazi regime in Kyiv will cost its Western masters dearly. History teaches us that not everyone is able to understand the obvious facts," added the ministry .
