The Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested a suspect from Jahangirpuri area.

The Special Cell of Delhi Police has achieved great success ahead of the Republic Day celebrations on 26 January.

The Special Cell team has arrested two alleged helpers of Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Dalla in Canada.

Among those caught is 29-year-old Jagjit Singh alias Jagga, who is a resident of Udham Singh Nagar in Uttarakhand.

The second accused is Naushad, 56, a resident of Jahangirpuri in Delhi.

3 pistols and 22 cartridges have been recovered from the accused.

According to the Special Cell, a blue print of terrorist planning has been found from his mobile.

Accused Naushad was associated with the terrorist organization 'Harkat-ul-Ansar', has been sentenced to life imprisonment in two cases of murder.

He has also been sentenced to 10 years in a case of Explosives Act.

At the same time, the accused Jagjit is a member of the notorious Bambiha gang.

He has been getting instructions from anti-national elements based abroad.

He is a parole jumper in a murder case in Uttarakhand.

Further investigation is underway to ascertain the involvement of both the accused in other cases.


Arshdeep Singh Gill belongs to Moga in Punjab


Three days before this, the Ministry of Home Affairs declared gangster and Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) operative Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dalla as a terrorist.

Arsh, who is hiding in Canada from Moga in Punjab, has cases of murder, extortion and heinous crimes in the country and abroad, besides involvement in terrorist activities.

There has been connection with KTF


According to the orders issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the wires of Arshdeep Dalla, currently living in Canada, are connected to KTF.

Arshdeep has been found accused in various cases registered and investigated by the National Investigating Agency (NIA).

These include murder, fundraising for terror, attempt to murder, promoting communal issues and creating terror among people in Punjab.

Arshdeep is close to Hardeep Nijjar


According to the Union Home Ministry, Arshdeep is very close to wanted terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar under UAPA.

Terror module runs on his behalf.

Apart from terrorist activities, murder, extortion, he is also involved in smuggling of drugs and weapons on a large scale.
