The Changhua County Environmental Protection Bureau stated that there are mobile surveillance video recordings along the Dongluo River. From 2020 to the end of 2022, 552 cases have been banned and fined.

The Department of Water Resources stated that last year, the Department of Water Resources handled 4 garbage removals for the downstream section of Tianwei Xingnong Bridge, and also set up monitors in this section to check for littering behaviors. So far, 22 cases have been seized and sent for punishment. This appeals to the public to take care of the drainage environment together.
