They caught a 16-year-old dealer near a school in the town of Cherven Bryag, the police said.
The case dates from December 10 around 09:30, when the uniformed officers searched the boy and found marijuana, an electronic scale, envelopes and cigarette papers in his jacket, which were confiscated.
The student was detained for 24 hours.
The prosecutor from the RP Pleven has been notified.
