In the county magistrate Wang Huimei’s policy report, she mentioned that the county government provides farmers with one-stop guidance from production to marketing. The number of young farmers in the county has reached 2,491, making it the county with the largest number in the country.

When it comes to number one, it is unavoidably reminiscent of Netflix's recent hit TV series "Korea No. 1". Changhua County, a large agricultural county, also has "No. 1". Wang Huimei pointed out in the policy report that the county government has made every effort to guide young people to start farming, develop new technologies, and move towards intelligent management. Wang Huimei said that the county government will expand the diversification of the Changnong Academy’s courses. In the future, at least three courses with different orientations will be opened every year. It is hoped that farmers can find learning resources suitable for them in the school. They will also participate in the planning of small food and agricultural education parades, online marketing, etc. Counseling courses, as of the end of December 2022, the county has 2,491 young farmers, the largest county in the country.
