The military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation does not have sufficient capabilities to carry out the deconservation of weapons and military equipment.

Therefore, the enemy is collecting its scrap metal in the Belarusian direction.

This was reported by Lieutenant General, Chief of Staff - Deputy Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Pavlyuk in Telegram.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a significant amount of weapons and military equipment arriving in Belarus from the Russian Federation for training enemy personnel has been removed from long-term storage.

Its restoration requires time, as well as significant forces and resources.

It is known that Belarusian servicemen are involved in the restoration of military equipment that arrived from the Russian Federation.

"The defense forces are closely monitoring the movements of the enemy, as well as monitoring potential threats that may be associated with the joint flight exercises of the forces of the Russian Federation and Belarus from January 16 to February 1. We know where the enemy places personnel and equipment. We are ready to different scenarios, but the threat of an invasion from the side of Belarus, for today, remains unlikely," Pavlyuk summarized.

We will remind, the advisor of the Office of the President, Oleksiy Arestovych, said that the Russian command in its plans is considering the possibility of a new offensive from Belarus on the territory of Ukraine,

in particular on Kyiv or Volyn.
