MH CET LLB 2023: Maharashtra CET LLB exam dates announced

MH CET LLB 2023:

State CET Cell, Maharashtra has announced the MH CET LLB exam dates for the academic year 2023-24.

As per the CET 2023 schedule, MH CET 5 year LLB will be conducted on April 1, 2023.

Whereas MH CET 3 year LLB exam will be conducted on 1st and 3rd May 2023.

This exam will be conducted in online mode.

MH CET Law 2023 Application Form will be available soon for the candidates on the official CET exam portal cetcell.mahacet.org.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply by registering themselves and paying the application fee.

To register in MH CET Law, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 800 and SC, ST and OBC candidates of Maharashtra will have to pay a fee of Rs 400.

For MH CET Law 5 year LLB course, a candidate must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) from a recognized Board/Institute.

On the other hand, for the three-year LLB course, the candidate must have a degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% in the case of reserved category candidates).

Only the candidates who clear the MH CET Law exam will get admission in 140 law colleges in Maharashtra.

However, such candidates must ensure that they fulfill the required eligibility at the time of counselling.

Recently CET Cell had released the syllabus for MH CET LLB 2023.

Accordingly, the online entrance test of MH CET LLB consists of 150 objective type questions, each question carrying one mark.

In this exam, there are total 40 questions for 30 marks from Legal Aptitude and Reasoning.

There are 30 questions for 40 marks from General Knowledge with Current Affairs, 40 for 30 marks from Legal and Analytical Reasoning, 30 questions for 50 marks in English and 10 questions in Basic Mathematics.

Please tell that there is no negative marking in this exam.
