[Reporter Wu Shengru/New Taipei Report] On Christmas Day last year, Jinshan police station in New Taipei City rescued the victims surnamed Hu and Tu who were detained by fraudulent syndicates in a hotel in Tamsui District, and arrested 5 members of the fraudulent syndicate at the scene.

According to the prosecutor's instructions, he went to Taoyuan on the 5th of this month and arrested the main suspect named Lin. According to the anti-money laundering regulations and crimes of aggravated fraud, Lin Nan was brought to justice.

The police pointed out that in December last year, they received a report from the family of the man surnamed Hu, stating that the man surnamed Hu and Tu was kidnapped and detained in a hotel in Wanli District in order to apply for a job.

The police immediately set up a task force to check the monitors and found that the group had transferred the place of imprisonment to a motel in the Tamsui area. They immediately assembled police forces to go to the motel on the morning of the 25th of the same year to rescue the two imprisoned victims, Hu and Tu, and arrest the criminals. The suspect Hu Sui and other 5 people seized credit cards, deposit books, stolen money of more than 10,000 yuan, drug inhalation devices, drug coffee bags, amphetamines and other stolen evidence on the spot. The detention was approved, and the court ruled that the detention was prohibited.

The police continued to trace the source and reported to Keelung District Prosecutor Chen Yimin to direct the investigation. On January 3 this year, the suspects surnamed Chen and Li were first arrested.
