Forest inspectors from the regional directorate of forests in Pazardzhik detained a truck with illegal wood, BNR reported.

The driver of the lorry also did not present a transport ticket.

The truck was moving in the dark part of the day on a dirt road in the area of ​​Vlaška Mogila in the territory of the Batak Forestry.

During the inspection, forest inspectors found that the vehicle was loaded with white pine, and the wood was not marked.

Documentation for the transportation was also missing.

When the measurement was made, it was found that it was 15 cubic meters of illegal logging.

The inspectors immediately notified the police in Velingrad.
