Military expert Oleg Zhdanov told when to expect a new offensive of the Russian army.

"There are risks, it cannot be said that they do not exist. There is a risk of an invasion from the side of Belarus. There is a risk of an invasion from the side of the Russian Federation - Kursk Oblast, Bilhorodsk, Rostovsk. However, to date it is minimal. Because Russia is not preparing a strike group there. We we are clearly monitoring. Intelligence is working, not only ours, but also NATO intelligence, Western intelligence. As soon as Russia starts accumulating troops there, then we will say that there is a threat. It is real. Believe me, the General Staff has already developed defense options. We have created such conditions that the Russian Federation is currently working on recovery of losses," he said.

Earlier, the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, said that Russian troops are concentrating groups to carry out offensive actions.

A representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, Vadym Skibitsky, said that Russia is preparing to mobilize up to 500,000 conscripts in January in addition to the 300,000 that were called up in October.

Oleksiy Danilov

, Secretary of the National Security Council

, also does not rule out that the Russians are preparing for a new offensive.
