[Reporter Cai Sipei/Taipei Report] The by-election for the legislators of Taipei's third constituency (North Songshan and Zhongshan) ended. Democratic Progressive Party candidate Wu Yinong won 54,739 votes, and KMT candidate Wang Hongwei 60,519 votes.
