Cabinet expansion is going to happen in Himachal Pradesh at 10 am today.

With the formation of the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh and the swearing-in of Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu as CM, speculations started about the cabinet.

Although the selection of ministers for the Sukhu cabinet was considered to be difficult due to the infighting within the party, but now the names of those who are to be made ministers in the Sukhu cabinet of Himachal Pradesh have been decided.

NDTV has the names of the MLAs who will become ministers.

The cabinet expansion will take place at 10 am today. 

The first name among those who became a minister in Himachal is that of Chandra Kumar.

Chandra Kumar has become MLA from Jwali (Kangda) for the fifth time.

At the same time, there has been an MP in the past, who defeated Shanta Kumar in the Lok Sabha elections.

At the same time, the second name in this list is that of Dhaniram Shandilya.

Shandilya is a third time MLA from Solan.

There, he has been an MP twice before this.

At the same time, he has also been a minister in Himachal Pradesh.

Along with this, Harshvardhan Chauhan, who became MLA for the sixth time from Silai (Sirmour), will also be made a minister. 

Along with this, Vikramaditya Singh, son of former chief minister Virbhadra Singh and second-time MLA from Shimla Rural, has also got a place in the Sukhu cabinet. 

On the other hand, the party has expressed confidence in Anirudh Singh, who became MLA for the third consecutive time from Kusumpti seat of Shimla.

Along with him, Kinnaur MLA Jagat Negi is also set to be made a minister.

Negi has also been the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly in the Virbhadra government.

Along with this, Rohit Thakur will also take oath today.

Thakur has become MLA from Jubalkotkhai for the fourth time. 

The cabinet will be expanded in Himachal Pradesh at 10 am today and the Governor will administer oath to the new ministers.

In Himachal Pradesh earlier Chief Minister Sukhwinder Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri had taken oath. 

Today 7 ministers will take oath in Sukhu cabinet.

At present, 10 posts are vacant in the Himachal Council of Ministers.

The total number of ministers including the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister in the state cannot exceed 12.
