The traditional cloth weaving craft of the Bunong people in Xinyi Township, Nantou County, shows the wisdom of the ancestors' life. Through pattern recognition, the five major groups of the Nong people can be initially distinguished. The county government recently announced it as a cultural asset of traditional crafts in Nantou County, and recognized Guxiu Hongyi The division is the first preserver of this craft.

Gu Xiuhong and her husband Song Wanjin live in the Heiheigu area, a secret place in Xinyi Township, where they live a self-sufficient life. They have superb weaving skills, and even university professors travel long distances to seek advice.
