An Iranian citizen who was preparing to commit a terrorist attack was detained in Germany.

According to the news reported by APA with reference to "German Wave", on the evening of January 8, the police detained a 32-year-old Iranian citizen who was suspected of preparing to commit a terrorist attack in the city of Kastrop-Rauxel in the Ruhr region as part of the fight against terrorism.

That person, including one person believed to be his brother, did not resist while being detained.

Detainees received poisonous ricin and cyanide substances.

A terrorist attack using these substances could lead to the death of a large number of people.
