Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, hinted at Ukraine's chances of receiving tanks and missiles with a range of 100-200 km plus from the West (we are talking about ATACMS).

The adviser to the head of the OP stated this on the air of the telethon "Edyny Novyny".

He emphasized that Western partners are clear in their support programs for Ukraine.

"Believe me,

in a few days or weeks we will talk about tanks

, and a little later - about the key element of an effective counteroffensive. As soon as

we get missiles of

a certain range in the necessary number, I mean 100-200 kilometers plus, then it will change significantly picture, because we will destroy the entire logistical infrastructure of the Russian army," Podoliak said.

We will remind, earlier the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, expressed his belief that already in 2023, the state will receive ATACMS missiles with a range of up to 300 km, as well as modern drones.

As for tanks, Ukraine's ambassador to Germany, Oleksiy Makeev, did not rule out that Berlin would eventually hand over Gepard tanks to Kyiv.

At the same time, Poland is negotiating a coalition to supply Ukraine with Leopard 2 tanks.

And the Pentagon said that the US is refraining from handing over its own Abrams tanks to Ukraine due to difficulties in maintaining them in combat conditions.
