An American man has set a Guinness World Record by eating 18 Michelin-starred restaurants in New York within 24 hours.

[Instant News/Comprehensive Report] Eric Finkelstein, an American man, ate 18 Michelin-starred restaurants in New York in just 24 hours. The bill was US$494 (approximately NT$15,000), excluding tips and taxes.

According to the "UPI" report, Finkelstein revealed that he only noticed the joy of eating out after moving back to New York in 2021. In the food group of Discord, he also learned that there is a Guinness World Record for the most food eaten in 24 hours. The Michelin Star Restaurant Challenge.

Finkelstein said that this record can be combined with his passion for food, so he started to make his own dining list. After several months of booking and adjusting the list, he launched a 24-hour challenge, starting from Le Pavillon in Midtown Manhattan, New York and eating sushi.
