"Democratic Bulgaria" submitted a bill to the National Assembly, with which the "Rosenets" oil port terminal is taken away from "Lukoil" and returned to the state, the press center of "Democratic Bulgaria" announced. 



The reasons for the text state that a month after the law comes into force, the government must terminate the terminal's concession.

This is done with changes to the Law on the Administrative Regulation of Economic Activities Related to Oil and Oil Products, introduced by the People's Representatives Nadezhda Yordanova, Ivaylo Mirchev and Martin Dimitrov. 

Parliament adopted the draft law on state control over "Lukoil Neftohim Burgas"

It creates regulations that impose a ban on the awarding of concessions for critical infrastructure sites involving oil and petroleum products produced from crude oil originating in Russia or exported from Russia, and existing concession contracts are terminated, write from "Democratic Bulgaria".

At the beginning of the new session of the 48th National Assembly, the co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov, on behalf of the coalition, calls on the caretaker government

 to use the sanctions against the Russian Federation to review the concession for the Rosenets oil port near Burgas

, given to "Lukoil".



He also announced that his formation will continue to work for the restoration of economic sovereignty in relation to crude oil, and from there for the lowering of fuel prices, as well as for policies of sustainable economic growth.
