Another echelon with Russian military personnel was sent to Belarus on the night of January 7, consisting of about 700-800 people.

This is reported by the monitoring group "Belarusian Gayun".

They specified that on the night of January 7 at 02:10 Minsk time, a special train with 15 passenger cars passed through the Smolensk station in the direction of Belarus.

In Belarus, he arrived at the "Vitebsk" railway station.

Personnel of the Russian army -

about 700-800 people - were in the wagons.

It is noted that this echelon traveled the same route as the previous one, which arrived in Vitebsk on the night of January 6 and brought about 700-800 Russian soldiers.

So, over the past two days, Russia could transfer at least

1,400-1,600 of its troops to the Belarusian Vitebsk.

"Additional confirmation is that on the evening of January 6 in various places of the city, soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were seen

walking in groups of several people

and visiting shops," the message states.

We will remind, the day before it became known that on January 6, three echelons with military equipment and manpower arrived in Belarus from Russia.

Thus, "Urals", "Kamaz", armored personnel carriers and fuel trucks were recorded.

A day earlier, an echelon with 34 units of armored vehicles, which is enough to staff a battalion, arrived in Belarus from the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Defense of Belarus openly declares that personnel, weapons, military and special equipment of the armed forces of the Russian Federation continue to arrive in the country as part of the deployment of a joint regional grouping of troops.
