On Orthodox Christmas, January 7, a carol in the Ukrainian language rang out in the Assumption Cathedral of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
The corresponding video was published on the Internet by parishioners.
The video shows dozens of priests singing the most famous Ukrainian carol together with Ukrainians.
As a reminder, Metropolitan Epiphany of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine is conducting a historic Christmas service on January 7 in the Dormition Cathedral of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, which was returned to state control this week after the end of the UOC MP's lease.
