Wu Sihuai said that Zhang Yumeng, chairman of the Taiwan Youth Democratic Association, suggested that the Central Election Committee should strengthen publicity in places such as buses and MRT advertisements, and that political parties should also strengthen communication with voters in terms of schedules, presentations, and hanging billboards.

He also suggested that the National Election Committee submit a "Project Report on How to Strengthen the Publicity of 18-year-old Citizenship Amendment to the Constitution" to the Legislative Yuan's Internal Affairs Committee within one month.
