[Reporter Cai Yunrong/Yilan Report] Affected by the continuous rainfall of the northeast monsoon, the Guanyin Road section at 37.4 km of the Tai 9 Ding Line in Yilan County, at 4:52 am today (6th), the upper slope collapsed, resulting in two-way blocking, and no one was on the scene The car was damaged, and the Nan'ao Public Works Section of the Fourth District Maintenance Engineering Department of the General Administration of Highways dispatched a loader to the scene to clean up. It is expected to rush through at 9:30 this morning.

The Engineering Office of the Fourth District stated that this time, the Wuta-Hanben section of the Taiwan 9-D Line was blocked. At 8:30 in the morning, after gathering at Nan'ao and Heping Railway Stations, white-licensed locomotives were led and escorted to Suhuakai. Changed to Suhua Kai, vehicles carrying dangerous goods, and opened to traffic with white-licensed locomotives after rushing through.
