Chen Qimai, along with famous calligrapher Zhuang Yonggu and cutting-edge designer Lin Shiyang, introduced Spring Festival couplets, Doufang Spring Festival couplets and small red envelopes for good luck.

Seeing Kaohsiung Bear's oversized rabbit ears become the focus, Chen Qimai was not convinced, and immediately asked the spokesperson Zhou Jingyu, who was hosting the event, to remove the rabbit ears from his head and put them on his own head.

According to Chen Qimai, the 4-character Spring Festival couplets of Futu Yingxiang were inscribed by Zhuang Yonggu, a 71-year-old famous calligrapher in China. Hongyun Jiatu Doufang Spring Festival couplets, small red envelopes and greeting cards for the Year of the Rabbit, created by 31-year-old up-and-coming designer Lin Shiyang, who was born in Linyuan, Kaohsiung. International Poster 3rd Annual Exhibition, Taiwan International Graphic Design Award, Russian Golden Bee Award, Taiwan Poster Rising Star Award and other multi-national awards, he is a design artist with great potential in the younger generation.

This time, the guimao rabbit in a geometric and simple shape symbolizes the modern and energetic image of Kaohsiung, and uses large and small circles to form greeting cards, Spring Festival couplets and small red envelopes for good luck.

According to the municipal government, the Futu Yingxiang Spring Festival couplets will be sent to the municipal government’s Siwei Administrative Center, Fengshan Administrative Center and all district offices during working hours from January 11; the Q version of the Doufang Spring Festival couplets will be collected by friends of different ages through cute illustrations. They are respectively placed in various scenic spots under the Tourism Bureau, venues under the jurisdiction of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, and various stations of the Kaohsiung MRT, including the Kaohsiung Railway Station Passenger Service Center, Zuoying High Speed ​​Rail Station Passenger Service Center, Xiaogang Airport Passenger Service Center, Moon World Tourists Center, Shoushan Zoo, Eye of Gangshan, Shell Pavilion and Butterfly Garden are available for the public to obtain freely while supplies last.
