How to make Nolen Gur Rasgulla- How To Make Nelon Gur Rasgulla:

First of all, mix a little vinegar or lemon juice in milk and whisk it.

After curdling the milk, strain the chhaina, wash it and squeeze it to remove excess water.

Now mash it with the help of your palm till it becomes smooth and uniform.

When the Chhaina mixture is ready, make small balls out of it.

The last step is to put these rasgullas in jaggery syrup and let it cool down.
