There is little chance of forming a cabinet within the third term.

Dimitar Ganev, a sociologist from "Trend", expressed this opinion in the show "Face to Face".

According to him, it does not matter what will be the choice of the president for the third term, because the problem is not rooted there.

"There must be a radical change in the attitude between the parties. I am not sure how much Rumen Radev has any role in whether or not a government happens. He gave enough time for the parties to reach some kind of consensus," he added Ganev, evaluating the approach of the head of state as correct.

DB ready to issue a government with the third mandate, but not at any price

For him, the other obstacle is that the parties are not talking about forming a majority.

"GERB said that they would support a mandate of "Democratic Bulgaria". However, imagine this situation: "Democratic Bulgaria" proposes, the cabinet passes with the support of GERB, PP, DPS. The next day, however, the cabinet of "Democratic Bulgaria "he must implement the legislative initiatives of another majority - GEBR, BSP, DPS, the so-called paper coalition. Hristo Ivanov would hardly agree to such a scenario. The big problem is not who will be mandotonistel, prime minister, ministers", the sociologist believes.

He noted that the political situation in the country with frequent elections is a precedent since the Liberation.
