The term of office of Philip Ricker, the chief advisor of the US on the Caucasus negotiations, has ended.

APA reports with reference to the official website of the US State Department that the spokesman of the department, Ned Price, said this during a press conference.

"Today, we announce the resignation of Ambassador Philip Ricker from the post of senior adviser on the Caucasus negotiations, effective January 5.

For more than three decades, Ambassador Ricker has also served the US Department and people faithfully as Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs and Chargé d'Affaires of our country's Embassy in London," Price said.
